You are a Masterpiece
A collection of affirmations
Before you read on, pause for a moment. Let this be something you say, not just something you skim. These words are meant to be spoken inwardly, gently, as if you are reminding yourself of something you already know. You don’t need to rush or perform this. Simply notice what arises as you repeat each statement to yourself, slowly and honestly.
I am all that I need to be. I am enough exactly as I am. I have been measured and am in the exact amount. I am not too much, even if I am too much for others. Their inability to see my worth has no bearing on my inherent value.
There is nothing I need to be. No performance I need to concoct. No persona I need to push forward. There are no expectations I need to fulfill. I am valuable exactly as I am. I don’t need to be someone to earn my worthiness. I am valuable as I am.
My authenticity is my primary value. My life is meant to be lived for me. It is not selfish for me to consider myself. I am gifted with this life and it is responsible to live my life for me. I am exactly as I need to be.
I don’t need to be good to be accepted. Goodness is not my rent to exist in the world. Nor is usefulness. I do not consent to being used in this life. I am too exquisite to be used because I am not a commodity. I am a work of art that demands reverence.
